DCS students won first place in the video making contest during the Red Ribbon Week, October 23 – 31, 2019 with the theme: “Be Drug Free”.
Tera and Tisha Mann, 7th grade students, bested hundreds of entries in the island-wide video making contest sponsored by Guam Drug Enforcement Administration.
