Ash Wednesday – February 26, 2020
February 26, 2020 is Ash Wednesday–which marks the start of Lenten season. In his homily at the DCS Chapel, Fr. Danny Ferrandiz talked about prayer, almsgiving, and fasting (PAF). And that prayer (even in your own words) is good for the soul.
World Youth Day 2020
This years World Youth Day was held at the Veritas Hall. The event invites all the Catholic youth on Guam to come together in the spirit of Jesus Christ to celebrate their Catholic identity. IMS English Camp
In January 2020, DCS hosted off-island students from South Korea which was arranged by IMS with their English Camp. Off-island students from Japan also attended DCS during January. It was wonderful to host the guest students. And surely, DCS will be one of their many good memories of Guam.

This year, Catholic Schools Week (CSW) is from Sunday, Jan 26, 2020 – Saturday, Feb 1, 2020. CSW is an annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. The school community participates in Masses and activities in observance of CSW.
