Dominican Catholic School received its initial accreditation from Western association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) on May 2010 and was effective until June 30, 2013. On July 3, 2013 the Accrediting Commission for Schools of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) through the recommendation of the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA) Elementary Commission has granted Dominican Catholic School a six-year accreditation for Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8, effective through June 30, 2019. In February 2019, DCS had been visited for its accreditation renewal and was granted accreditation until June 30, 2025 by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).
